Get started with a confidential wellbeing assessment
Assess your overall wellbeing with a short survey available in the LiveWell portal. The assessment includes questions about your health, lifestyle, and daily habits, helping identify opportunities to support your wellbeing goals. In about 10 minutes, you'll receive personalized insights, recommendations, and resources tailored to your interests and needs.
Confidential and secure
Your responses are confidential and are not shared with supervisors, departments, or ISU WellBeing staff. Individual results are only visible to you. Aggregate, de-identified information may be used to better understand employee needs and help improve wellbeing programs and services across the university.
