Well Workplace Award

Iowa State University has been recognized by the Wellness Alliance with the WELCOA Silver Well Workplace Award for its commitment to employee health and well-being. Notably, ISU is one of only two universities to receive the honor in 2025.  

The Well Workplace Award evaluates companies and organizations across seven critical benchmarks, including leadership support, a clear operating plan, and results-oriented wellness initiatives. Iowa State’s innovative programs, commitment to continuous improvement, and investment in employee wellness were key factors in earning this recognition.
