Open Enrollment is November 3-21!
Don’t miss out on your chance to enroll in 2026 benefits. Open Enrollment closes at 5 p.m. CT on November 21. This is your time to:
- Learn about your benefits options and rates
- Enroll in or renew a Flexible Spending Account (FSA)
- Participate in new voluntary benefits: Accident, Critical Illness, and Hospital Indemnity Insurance
What’s New for 2026?
• Increased Flexible Spending Account Limits: The Dependent Care FSA announced a limit increased to $7,500 for 2026 ($3,750 if married and filing separately), and the Health Care FSA is increasing from $3,300 to $3,400 in 2026.
• Contribution Changes: ISU will continue to offer high-quality health care coverage at a reasonable cost, and you may see a change to your employee contributions in 2026.
• Supplemental Benefits: Enhance your coverage with new supplemental benefits from Voya. These benefits – Critical Illness, Accident, and Hospital Indemnity Insurance – help offset the costs of an illness or injury that aren’t covered by Medical Insurance. Benefits are paid directly to you to use them how you need to.
