University Human Resources' regular academic year office hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday – Friday. The UHR Service Center team is available to assist with general HR questions, such as employee onboarding (Form I-9), benefits, Workday, and payroll sign-up. ISU Earns Bell Award

Iowa State University was awarded a 2024 Platinum Bell Seal for Workplace Mental Health by Mental Health America (MHA). The Bell Seal is a first-of-its-kind workplace mental health certification recognizing employers striving to create mentally healthy workplaces for their employees.

Iowa State University has again received a “Best Place for Working Parents” designation in recognition of the university’s commitment to supporting parents through family-friendly policies and practices.
