Kudos Cart SICTR
The inaugural Cyclones Kudos Cart was presented to Student Innovation Center employees Millicent Jackson and Jake Pippin (pictured) and the staff of the SICTR for their extensive assistance to the P&S Council in their transition to holding hybrid P&S committee and council meetings at the SICTR this fiscal year.
Millicent worked with the P&S Council to secure dates and spaces for the meetings, while Jake was integral in ensuring all AV needs were met and functioned properly at the meetings. The entire SICTR team was credited for their helpfulness and friendliness in welcoming the P&S meeting participants to their facility.
The Kudos Cart, which contains a variety of goodies like treats, fidget items, and fun office supplies or decorations, was presented to Jackson and Pippin at a special presentation at the SICTR on May 15. The P&S Council, which was chosen by senior leaders as the first presenter, was represented by Council President Jason Follett and President-Elect Jennifer Schroeder.
The Cyclones Kudos Cart is an initiative begun by University Human Resources for campus units to recognize other departments, centers, groups or teams each month. The program provides informal, real-time recognition while building engagement and showing appreciation of groups across campus. Once selected and recognized, the recipient team then selects the next month’s team to be recognized and replenishes the contents of the cart.
