Eligibility Requirements for Retiree Life
Employees who retire from ISU prior to July 1, 2021, may be eligible for retiree life insurance coverage of $4,000, if enrolled in the basic life coverage for 10 consecutive years immediately preceding retirement.
Beneficiary Information
You may name or later change your beneficiary by completing the Principal Beneficiary Designation/Change Form (PDF). A change in your beneficiary will not be in force until the record is changed at ISU. Once recorded, the change will apply as of the date the request was signed. If ISU properly pays any benefit before a change request is received, that payment may not be contested.
