DESCRIPTION:ISU WellBeing\, in partnership with McFarland Clinic\, will off
 er a free employee flu shot clinic Oct. 12-23 on weekdays from 9 a.m. to 4
  p.m. in room 1218 of State Gym.\n\nNo appointment or registration is requ
 ired. Employees can check in using their ISU ID number upon arrival.\n\nTh
 e vaccine is available to:\n· Faculty\n· Professional and Scientific sta
 ff\n· Merit employees\n· Postdoctoral scholars\n· University Child Care
  employees\n· Retirees under age 65 who participate in the university hea
 lth plan\n· ISU Foundation employees\n· Iowa State Daily employees\n\nSp
 ouses and children are not eligible to receive a vaccine at the ISU flu cl
 inic. Family members covered by ISU health insurance may receive a flu sho
 t through their health care provider or a participating pharmacy.\n\nVisit
 ing scholars and students should contact Thielen Student Health Center at 
 515-294-5801 for vaccination information.\n\nEmployees are encouraged to w
 alk to State Gym and enter through the southeast entrance. Accessible park
 ing and a limited number of reserved parking spaces will be available near
 by. CyRide also serves State Gym via Union Drive.
